Batman Nurlu.. is a tiny village in the east part of Turkiye. stuck with poverty but didn't lose its spirit . Children are amazing, First we conducted online mentoring sessions, provided books, and conducted English lessons . Our founder with her team visited the village multiple times and built a everlasting bond.

School Visits
We love meeting with brave girls and kind boys.. When we are in the schools we talk about gender equality, how to pursue our dreams and how to be kind to the world and to each other.

Meetings
We have been in person and online at least 50 cities/villages. From modern cities to rural Anatolia.

Conferences
Brave girls voice has been a part of many local and international conferences. This is from Key note speaker moment from our founder Aslihan Dagistanli Aysev Entrepreneurship Competition - a project of DICLA, funded by EU and Turkish Ministry of Labour, Project organisation is by @WeGlobal.

Libraries
We started with a slogan 'There should not be single village left without a library". Access to books can change the world of a child especially in rural places. We send books, we build school libraries.
And we all call our libraries 'CESUR KIZLARA YOL ARKADASLARI' in order to give the spot light to girls who have long been left behind.
We are a big family of readers
Our story started with a book series full of amazing stories of Turkish women and it became a sign of empowerment , a bridge, a theme among our family.

ÜÇ PINAR VILLAGE - URFA
Our first library was built in a tiny village in Urfa during the pandemic. The whole village were in lock down, the school was closed. There was no available internet for students.. No library. When we heard this we had to do something. This was the start of our libraries.

YOLAGZI VILLAGE - BATMAN
The only library for primary and middle school

ARICA VILLAGE - BATMAN
This tiny but vibrant village now has a library of over 4000 books.
